Become a master mixologist at this colorful tea mocktail workshop in Tokyo! Learn how to make cute skewered cute mochi and daifuku sweets and original non-alcoholic tea cocktail designs, and enjoy matcha in a unique way. Your host, Emi, is a certified expert with a bounty of qualifications in the tea sphere, so you’re in excellent hands.
After graduating from college, Emi scored a job as a flight attendant where she took to the skies on a regular basis. Following these sky-high endeavors, she devoted herself to raising her daughters. As time progressed, Emi developed an interest in tea and herbs, which she pursued with a range of studies that eventually resulted in her own specialty tea design company! With a love for tea and creating beautiful designs, she developed her own trademark and unique style of tea mocktails, which you’ll get to experience! Her qualifications include Japan Tea Association Tea Instructor, Japan Medical Herbs Association Herbal Therapist, Lupicia Certified World Tea Meister and beyond.
Your cocktail class will begin with an introduction from Emi. Once you’ve eased into your mixology setting, you'll first make skewered dango dumplings with cute animal motifs (please specify your desired motif when booking). After that, the tea design can begin! You’ll make 2 colorful mocktails using a variety of teas. This component will teach you flavor and color combinations, and valuable mixology skills to recreate these recipes at home. Sip on tasty and beautiful tea mocktails and enjoy two cute skewered Japanese sweets!
